Options
Paper sizes offered: Letter, A4, A5, A3, Legal, Tabloid. Use the size that is in your printer’s tray; most home printers take Letter and A4 (often also A5 and Legal). A3 and Tabloid need a large-format printer or a print shop.

Need a poster? The PDF is vector, so a print shop can scale the Tabloid or A3 PDF up to 18 × 24 in or 24 × 36 in and it stays sharp.

Lettering
Classic sets the text in a serif typeface (Times). If a name has letters Times cannot print, such as Ł or Greek letters, the whole file keeps the modern typeface and “Before you print” says so.
Orientation
Order
Leave empty to use your event’s name, or “Seating chart” if you have not named the event.
Card style
Order of the cards
Card size
Visible to guests: anyone at the table can read it.
Which guests

Print at 100% (“Actual size”, no “Fit to page”) and use the paper size of your label sheet. Print an outline test page on plain paper first.

Labels to print
Sheets are named by label size. Product numbers are only examples of sheets with the same layout: check the size and the number of labels on your pack.
Which households
The country prints in capitals on the last line when it is filled in. In the UK layout the city or town prints in capitals too.
Not saved: it is kept only while this page is open. Type it the way it goes on the envelope, one line per line (up to 6).
Print this on plain paper first and hold it against a label sheet, against the light, to check that everything lines up.
Names on envelopes

The first line is the household name, or the name on envelopes you type below — exactly as typed. No titles such as “Mr.” or “Mrs.” are added. Leave a box empty to use the household name. Saved with your list; Undo works as everywhere.

    Before you print

When printing, set the scale to “Actual size” (100%) and turn off “Fit to page” so sizes stay exact.

      Print tips
      • Print at 100% (“Actual size”) and turn off “Fit to page”. In Chrome and Edge: More settings → Scale. In Safari on a Mac: Show Details → Scale.
      • Measure the 50 mm line (1.97 in, just under 2 in) on a printed card sheet. If it is shorter or longer, the scale was changed.
      • On a phone, the print dialog often cannot set the scale: download the PDF and print it from a computer.
      • For cards, use matte card stock your printer accepts (often around 200–250 g/m² or 65–80 lb cover). Print one test page on plain paper first.

      Start over?

This removes all guests, households, tables, seats, replies, meal choices, vendor meals, seating preferences and print records. Your event names and dates, your names and the Keep setting stay. Download a backup first if you might want this list again. You can undo this until you reload or leave this page.
