Day timeline
Plan the day row by row, shift everything after a delay in one step, and give each vendor its own copy. How it works
Starting over removes all rows and contacts from this page. The date and the time format stay. Download a backup first, so you can restore your timeline later.
Not saved yet: closing or reloading this page loses your timeline.
How saving works
“Keep on this device” saves this page in this browser only. It can still be lost if the browser’s data is cleared, so download a backup too.
While it’s off, what you enter stays in this tab only and is gone when you close or reload it.
Unchecking it deletes the copy saved in this browser. Don’t check it on a shared computer.
Each planner page has its own backup and its own “Keep on this device” box.
Your day
Printed on the run sheet only. Times after midnight show “+1 day”.
No rows yet. Add what happens and when — a fixed time, or “after another row” so it moves when that row moves.
Rows
Rows stay in your order here; the run sheet below is sorted by time.
Running late or early?
Moves one row. Every row linked after it moves too; rows with a fixed time stay where they are.
Vendors and contacts
Private. Phone numbers and emails print only on the day-of contact sheet — or on a vendor’s own copy when you check it for that copy. Link a vendor to a track and its first row gives the arrival time if you leave it empty.
No vendors yet.
Run sheet and vendor copies
When printing, set the scale to “Actual size” (100%) and turn off “Fit to page” so sizes stay exact.
Opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. Times are 24-hour with a day column so they sort correctly.
Backup: download or restore
A backup is a file with everything on this page. Keep it (for example, email it to yourself) to move your plan to another device, or to get it back if this browser’s data is cleared.
Anyone with the file can read what’s in it.
This backup holds only your day timeline. The guest list, budget, checklist and vendor comparison each have their own backup on their own page.
Everything on this page runs in your browser. Nothing you type or open is sent to our servers.
