Planning checklist
Add your own tasks, set them a date or “N months before”, and see what to do now, this week and later. How it works
Starting over removes all tasks from this page. Your wedding date stays. Download a backup first, so you can restore your checklist later.
Not saved yet: closing or reloading this page loses your checklist.
How saving works
“Keep on this device” saves this page in this browser only. It can still be lost if the browser’s data is cleared, so download a backup too.
While it’s off, what you enter stays in this tab only and is gone when you close or reload it.
Unchecking it deletes the copy saved in this browser. Don’t check it on a shared computer.
Each planner page has its own backup and its own “Keep on this device” box.
Set your wedding date to see what’s due.
Tasks set to “N months before” count calendar months. When that day doesn’t exist in the month, the last day of the month is used: 3 months before May 31 is Feb 28 (Feb 29 in a leap year).
No tasks yet. Add your own below, or try a sample checklist.
The sample is a starting point you edit, not a rulebook. Nothing in it is required; delete whatever doesn’t fit your plans, and add what’s missing.

When printing, set the scale to “Actual size” (100%) and turn off “Fit to page” so sizes stay exact.
Backup: download or restore
A backup is a file with everything on this page. Keep it (for example, email it to yourself) to move your plan to another device, or to get it back if this browser’s data is cleared.
Anyone with the file can read what’s in it.
This backup holds only your checklist. The guest list, budget, day timeline and vendor comparison each have their own backup on their own page.
Everything on this page runs in your browser. Nothing you type or open is sent to our servers.
